The system allows access to the platform via an API to get device info (last position) or delete, create, modify, or read items (people, areas, POIs, etc.).
Through this API, we can integrate the platform into third-party applications.
We can activate as many API accesses as necessary. These accesses do not entail any additional cost.
In accordance with security policies, it is recommended that each client or department connect using their own access.
To access via the API, you need the ClientId, ClientName, ClientSecret, username, and password of the user.
To get the ClientId, ClientName, and ClientSecret, you need to open a ticket requesting the opening of an API channel, indicating the name of the channel.
The username and password are the credentials of the user with whom the API will connect to the platform. This means that the user must be created in the company and department where they will operate with the API, and must have permissions to perform the necessary tasks.
