Areas on alert map

From now on, when you receive alerts based on zone criteria (entry, exit, inside, or outside a zone or group of zones), the notification map will include a map of the zone in question alongside the device’s exact location at that moment.

What’s changing, and how does this benefit you?

• Instantly see more visual context: You’ll not only see the exact location of the vehicle or device, but also the zone it has interacted with.
• Faster decision-making: See at a glance whether the device is inside, outside, or on the boundary of the zone, where it is, and what the zone looks like—without having to log in to the platform to check.
• Optimized user experience: More comprehensive and intuitive information, all on a single screen.

This improvement is now active and available for all alerts that use zone criteria. You don’t need to configure anything additional, and it also applies to alerts generated previously.
